Registration Fees and Other Costs
Currency is based on your country of residence.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before June 1 are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations during June are entitle to a partial refund after the tour. Factors affecting the amount include: available funds after final accounting, expenses already committed at time of cancellation, the number and timing of other cancellations during June.
Cancellations after June 30 are not entitled to a refund.
The above dates reflect when we receive notice of cancellation. Considering the slowness of cross-border mail it is suggested to use email to info@mtfci2026.org and request an acknowledgement by reply to know we've received it.
